At Boutique 1861, we want you to be completely enchanted by your purchase. If a garment doesn't fit perfectly or meet your expectations, you may return it within 15 days of the delivery date for a refund or store credit.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into our online return portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare the Package

  Place the unworn items with their original tags attached into the shipping box and include a copy of your packing slip.

  Ship the Items

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided by our portal to your package and drop it off at any authorized postal service location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our team inspects the returned items, we will process your refund to the original payment method or issue store credit within 5-7 business days.
